١. التعريف
في هذه الشروط
"نحن" او "لنا" او العلامة التجارية نقصد بها ام ستور m'store
الموقع الالكتروني يعني موقع www.mstoreeg.com.
• "العميل" أو "أنت" يعني أي شخص يستخدم الموقع أو يقوم بالشراء من خلاله.
• "المنتجات" تعني الملابس والمنتجات المعروضة للبيع على الموقع.
٢. استخدام الموقع
يمكنك استخدام الموقع لأغراض شخصية وقانونية فقط.
يُمنع استخدام الموقع بأي طريقة قد تؤدي إلى مخالفة أي قانون أو لائحة معمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية، أو الإضرار بالموقع أو تعطيله، أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمة الموقع أو بيانات العملاء، أو استخدام الموقع بطريقة احتيالية أو مضللة، أو نسخ محتوى الموقع أو الصور أو التصميمات دون موافقة مسبقة من ام ستور.
٣. المنتجات والمعلومات المعروضة
نحرص على أن تكون صور المنتجات والأوصاف والأسعار والمقاسات المعروضة على الموقع دقيقة قدر الإمكان. قد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في الألوان أو شكل المنتج بسبب إعدادات الشاشة أو الإضاءة والتصوير.
٤. الأسعار
جميع الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع تكون بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
تحتفظ ام ستور بالحق في تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت، على أن يسري السعر الظاهر وقت إتمام الطلب وفقًا للقواعد القانونية المعمول بها.
٥. الطلبات
عند إتمام الطلب على الموقع، فإنك تقدم طلبًا لشراء المنتجات المحددة في طلبك. قد نتواصل معك للتأكد من بيانات الطلب.
يحق لـ ام ستور إلغاء أو رفض أي طلب في حالات استثنائية، مثل وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو وصف المنتج، أو عدم توفر المنتج، أو وجود سبب يتعلق بالاحتيال أو إساءة استخدام الموقع.
٦. الدفع
نوفر وسائل الدفع الموضحة على الموقع وقت إتمام الطلب. عند استخدام وسيلة دفع إلكترونية، يجب على العميل التأكد من صحة بيانات الدفع الخاصة به.
٧. الشحن والتوصيل
يتم توصيل الطلبات إلى العنوان الذي يحدده العميل أثناء إتمام الطلب. تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب مكان التسليم وشركة الشحن وتوافر المنتج والظروف التشغيلية أو الظروف الخارجة عن سيطرة ام ستور.
٨. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
تلتزم ام ستور بحقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب القوانين المصرية واجبة التطبيق.
الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع دون إبداء سبب
وفقًا للقواعد المطبقة على السلع الاستهلاكية، يحق للمستهلك طلب استبدال المنتج أو إعادته واسترداد قيمته خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام المنتج، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات والشروط المنصوص عليها في القانون.
المنتجات المعيبة
في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج، يحق للمستهلك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفقًا للحقوق والإجراءات والمواعيد المقررة قانونًا، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام وفقًا للقانون.
٩. العروض والخصومات
العروض والخصومات تخضع للشروط الخاصة بكل عرض، وقد تكون محدودة المدة أو الكمية أو مرتبطة بمنتجات معينة أو غير قابلة للجمع مع عروض أخرى.
١٠. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات الموجودة على الموقع، بما في ذلك اسم ام ستور والشعار والصور والنصوص وتصميم الموقع والرسومات والمحتوى التسويقي، هي مملوكة لـ ام ستور أو مستخدمة بموجب حقوق أو تراخيص مناسبة، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجاريًا دون موافقة مسبقة.
١١. تقييمات وآراء العملاء
إذا أرسل العميل تقييمًا أو تعليقًا أو صورة مرتبطة بمنتجات ام ستور، فإنه يقر بأن المحتوى المرسل لا ينتهك حقوق الغير أو القوانين المعمول بها.
١٢. روابط ومواقع خارجية
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لخدمات أو مواقع تابعة لأطراف أخرى، مثل شركات الدفع أو الشحن أو منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
